Loved Banff, the hotel was quaint little close to all shops and restaurants. The extremely helpful staff from a different waiter provided all the necessary info. The breakfast at the venue was fresh and generous for a hot continental. The location was magnificent and perfect - 500 feet away from Banff Avenue. Besides, we were really close to Close to downtown area for easy walking to stores and lake minnewanka about 5 km from centre of Banff and the main bus stops: D

It has a marvellous and phenomenal location so close to local restaurants and bars, shopping and tourist spots, downtown. The room is updated, bright comes with the king bed, balcony, for instance. All in all they offer fantastic service.

We liked the quality of the beds/bedding and pillows.... Loved the hot tub, but would like for it to be open to 11:00 P.M. The A.M. breakfast was very well done (food/staff) Nick and Rachel at the front desk were fantastic anytime we dealt with them!!!
We did not care for the noise (very loud trucks/buses) were revving their engines at the traffic light right out the windows .. and the drunks wandering up the streets all night were extremely annoying (screaming and yelling) the long slow lineups for the breakfast were tedious, perhaps an overflow room could be opened up... The quality of the bath towels did not match the high quality of the bedding.

Every corner of our room seemed like a warm hug with its spacious layout and tasteful decor. The complimentary breakfast was a good surprise, offering everything from fluffy scrambled eggs to delicious pastries, all while being served by lovely staff. And let's not forget the location! Just a quick stroll to the best local spots.

The suite with 1 bed was comfortable and functional. The hot tub was great on a miserable rainy day! Breakfasts were pretty good.

The hotel is close to the downtown and parking is ok. The outside spa were very good , but you to provide a bigger size towels for use at the spa. The breakfast is very good, but you need to provide a throw away cup at the breakfast if a guest wishes to take a coffee with tem.
The hotel was under some constuction, and there was some noise during the afternoon, but we were advised of this info when we booked and when checked in. We were told this only for a short period of time.

The free breakfast at whitebark cafe was far better than most hotels, with great hot and cold options and attentive servers bringing drinks to our table. The location was ideal for walking to all the best restaurants on banff ave. We loved the relaxing cedar deck with an outdoor fireplace, it was a great spot to unwind.
